- Pre-qualification - Pre-approval
As an real estate agent I cannot arrange a mortgage but
I can recommend several mortgage companies in your area that will pre-qualify or
pre-approve you. This will help to determine the maximum you can spend on a property so

- Finding a property
After we find out what exactly your expectations from
your future house are and what your affordability level is I will show you all properties
of your interest and accompany you through every home. As your representative I'll try to
show you not only attractive features but also disadvantages as well. I search every
property meeting my client's requirements from Realtor-listed properties in multiple
listing service (MLS). I examine this database every day to find the right house for my
clients as soon as possible.
- Negotiating an offer
Once we have found a house of your dreams, I will help
you prepare an offer, based on a complete market analysis of this particular house to make
sure the price is reasonable and good for you. I will negotiate the offer with the
seller's agent, looking for the best deal possible for you.
- Paperwork
As your agent I will verify and supervise the legal
aspects of your deal, including following through on the mortgage application, arranging
for an inspection and any necessary repairs and coordinating the work of the attorney,
title company and any other specialists.
- Closing the deal
I will help you handle the final walk-through and
settle any disputes we might have before the closing. Also I will assist you in our final
step - during the closing of the deal.
